*Kelly accepts clients for private (individual and group) sessions between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesday – Friday at her Exeter location. Limited Saturdays are available and are reserved for groups only from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm.
*Evening sessions are available for groups only between 6-8 pm. See our services page for more details.
*ALL BOOKINGS FOR SERVICES are done via email at mediumkellyelson@hotmail.com
*A valid credit card number and direct phone number are required to secure an appointment.
*IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE -we require a full 24 hour business day notice. (Please note we are not open on weekends). If we are unable to fill your appointment, 50% of the service fee will be applied to your credit card.
Cancellation notices must be sent via email.
*IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER or travel issues your reading will be done via phone, Skype, or FaceTime (to be determine at time of booking). Failure to contact us at the scheduled time will be treated as a missed appointment, for which 50% of the service fee will be applied to your credit card.
*MISSED APPOINTMENTS with no call will result in 50% of the service amount being applied to your credit card.
*If we are able to fill your missed appointment, no charges will apply.
*We do not have a cancellation list. Openings which arise on short notice will be posted on our Facebook Page Psychic Medium Kelly L. Elson & The Awakenings Group (this can be viewed here on our social stream). The spaces will be offered on a first contact basis.
*You must be 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian to book a session.
*Recordings are not provided but it is recommended that you bring a recording device.
*PLEASE NOTE
In the event of sudden illness or an emergency on Kelly’s part, you will be notified by email and phone before 9:00 am on the day of your appointment.
It is strongly recommended that you check your messages on the morning of the appointment, and make sure we have not sent a cancellation notice.
Also please note that Awakenings staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who disputes the above policies, or doesn’t abide by our code of behavioural ethics.
For confidentiality and safety purposes please do not arrive early. Since Covid 19 we no longer have a waiting area. Please note that the door will be opened at your scheduled time. Please avoid disturbing the client before you.
We are open by appointment only and have no reception on site. Kelly is unable to speak with visitors who drop in or book appointments. All scheduling is done with Jessica at mediumkellyelson@hotmail.com
